Kelsey Addison McCarty serves as Branch Manager within ROCA. She is a native of Hattiesburg and has chosen to plant her roots here with her husband, Michael McCarty, daughter, Hallie, and their dog, Cooper.

Kelsey is a graduate of Oak Grove High School and Jones College. After Jones, Kelsey graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2018 with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. She began her career in public service, working as a Communications Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives under Congressman Steven Palazzo before transitioning into the financial services industry.

Since joining ROCA in early 2019, Kelsey has become a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike. She holds Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses, equipping her with a broad range of expertise in investment strategy, compliance, and supervisory responsibilities. Her approach to financial advising is rooted in building lasting relationships and helping clients pursue their long-term goals with confidence.

Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys spending weekends with her family, often cheering on Ole Miss or Southern Miss football, basketball, and baseball teams. As the daughter of a U.S. Marine, she holds a deep respect for veterans and actively volunteers with veterans organizations. She also serves as co-director of the YANKY 72 Memorial Committee, honoring the legacy of 15 Marines and 1 Navy Corpsman who were killed after a Marine aircraft crashed into the soybean fields of the Mississippi Delta in 2017. Her family are active members of the Church at 4 Points in downtown Hattiesburg.
